Dear Valued Clients,

It has been an honor and a privilege to care for your pets and families over the last decade here at Pet Care in Motion (and in many cases longer than that!) After much consideration, I am needing to announce that the time has come for me to retire, and that my last day in practice with Pet Care in Motion will be April 23, 2026.

Our primary phone line (815-529-1818) as well as our email ([email protected]) will remain staffed for one year after that date to facilitate the transfer of patient records, discuss individual needs for referral of care, accommodate refills of basic existing prescriptions for patients that have received an exam within the last calendar year, and more.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your part in making my experience as a practicing veterinarian here in McHenry County so full of joy and community. I will sincerely miss caring for all your four legged family members. While Leo and I are looking forward to many new adventures on the horizon, it is very bittersweet for me to be closing this chapter.
