Dr. Patti Klein
Dr. Klein is a progressive veterinarian with over 30 years of experience working with both large and small animals. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine, she was an equity partner in a mixed animal practice. She was more recently a staff veterinarian with a focus on internal medicine with a national veterinary hospital group before deciding to start the mobile practice.
Dr. Klein is Past Executive Director of the national, not-for-profit, equine humane organization HAHS, and is responsible for increasing the public’s awareness of wild mustangs in Illinois and Southern Wisconsin through education and adoption. She is also Past President of Mainstay Therapeutic Riding Program, which provides individualized equine related therapy to people with physical, developmental, emotional, and social disabilities, and remains on its advisory board.
